Very Nice! The perspective on the birds is fantastic with the closest one being the largest and the one furthest away being smallest. The shading on everything was also executed very well. Even the grass is shaded to perfection almost. I guess one thing is changing the middle bird's direction of flight. With it being so close the first bird, it might come across as the second 'pose' if you will of the first birds flight(Bird #1=wings up; Bird #2=Wings down). Just be mindful of little things like that. I really appreciate the unknown aspect of the girls pose. Its so obscure and thoughtful that you don't know what she's thinking or even possibly thinking of doing. Great job with her in regards to proportion and shading. I might've added a small bit of her hand though because it looks like she doesn't have one. Aside from that. GREAT job
over all this is a very well done piece of art. if you think the background doesn't look good try adding some light colors. sometimes the background of my drawings at home look really dull and when i add something like yellow to add sunlight it looks a lot better. you should download gimp. it's a free program and it's like a free version of photoshop but it allows you to makes things fuzzy or sharper looking or lighter or darker. it really helps me when i upload my drawings to my computer.
all in all, this is a very good piece of work and i think it should be put in a fan art museum or something. XD
To improve on the background, well...it's good if you're going for an anime style- simple, fuzzy, and somewhat-scratchy. However, if you're looking for a more realistic look, try adding more varied colors and objects. Maybe a bright sun in the sky, some trees on the distant mountain...be creative! I really like the birds though. Good job!
